A classic Margaret
River blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon.
Both varieties were picked early to produce
a clean, crisp fruit driven, un-oaked style
of wine. |
A dry style Rose with
robust berry flavours. Early picking of
both varieties provided a refreshing natural
acidity, integral to the structure of the
wine. |
A barrel fermented
Chardonnay made from the famous Gingin
clone. A mix of burgundy and indigenous
yeasts has been used to add complexity and
structure. |
This medium bodied
style Shiraz was softly pressed to produce
soft, well rounded tannins. The American
oak adds a lovely toasty vanilla finish to
this wine. |
French oak contributes
the mocha and chocolate flavours while a
small number of Hungarian barrels add a
spicy note the back of the palate. |
The best eight barrels
from our 2008 vintage were selected to
create this beautiful rich but delicate and
fine, medium bodied Cabernet Sauvignon.

of lemon, pineapple and orange peel, with a
fresh intense palate of citrus and tropical
fruits. |

of fresh berries, with a soft
palate of strawberries and raspberries. A
dry style wine with a clean refreshing
finish. |

of lemon and lime
with vanilla and charred
oak. The palate is crisp with lemon butter
and honeydew melon. |
Aromas
of blackberries and spice. The palate is
generous with black and red berries layered
with vanilla and soft velvety tannins. |
Aromas
of blackcurrant and raspberries with vanilla
and chocolate. The palate is rich with
forest berries and mocha. |
Aromas
of violets with rich dark
berries and mocha. Elegant, blackcurrant
and chocolate vanilla flavours on the
palate. Fine soft velvety tannins with a
long finish. |
